STI manages the Liberty Kameari apartment. STI reviews all applications and inquiries.

Reservation is mainly for those who can move in within three weeks after the room becomes available. (If your situation differs, please access “Priority Registration” page).

1. To proceed with the reservation, please fill out this form.
2. After the form is sent, we will send an automated response followed by the invoice for the contract fee soon afterwards.
3. Upon receipt of the 20,000 yen contract fee, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. That final confirmation e-mail marks the end of the reservation process.

Your contract fee can be refunded if you notify us at least one week before the specified move-in date. If you are already in Japan, you can get the refund in cash at Liberty Kameari’s STI office (1F). If you are abroad, we can refund by the charged credit card.
